How long does it take to create a website?
Because each project is unique, the time required to complete a project will depend on the specific requirements and the features needed. With that said, in most cases, we can complete a website within about 2 weeks.
Shopify websites can take up to a month to finish.
Additional delays can occur if we are waiting for materials and content needed to build the website.
Who will host my site?
We have 2 options for you:

- You can use the web host of your choice if you prefer to manage yourself your site/hosting/security/updates.
Do you use WordPress to build the website?
Yes, WordPress is by far the most popular and versatile website building tool out there. It is future proof, intuitive enough for beginners to update their site, and the choice of plugins you can use on your site is nearly endless !
We also use Shopify for ecommerce websites.
What are the pages included in the price?
Up to 4 pages are included with the Pro Website & Smart Website plans. These can be the homepage, contact page, about page, and gallery page. Always inluded for free are the 404, Privacy, and Terms pages. If you need additional pages, please contact us for a quote.
Up to 6 pages are included with the Shopify Website Plan. These can be the homepage, contact page, about page, and 3 other pages of your choice. Up to 10 products (and their pages) are also included. What is a Lead Magnet?
A lead magnet is usually a freebie that you give to potential clients in exchange for their email address and/or phone number. That captured email address is then added to an email list of potential customers that we will nurture and warm up with a sequence of emails crafted to educate them about your service, build trust and relationship, showcase your expertise, share testimonials, keep your service/company top-of-mind, and ultimately convert them into paying customers!
Do you provide ongoing support after my website is launched?
Yes, if your website is not hosted with us, we will fix website bugs for a period of 3 years, but only if they are not related to hacking or malware as this is not our responsibility.
If you host with us however and have chosen our Peace of Mind Plan, all bugs & issues, even from hacking or malware will be covered under our Peace Of Mind guarantee as long as your site is hosted with us.
With our Peace of Mind Plan, if you need to add content or make minor changes, 45 minutes of free work per month is included, as well as free ongoing maintance/updates of WordPress & the plugins.
If you are not hosting with us, then after delivering the website, after all things are approved, extra work requested will be billed at $30/hour.
Finally note that we give all our clients a video showing them how to update and add content to their website.
How does payment work?
Half of the cost is to be paid at the beginning of the project, after signing the agreement, and the second half when we deliver to you the website.
We accept a variety of payment options including Interac e-Transfer, credit card, PayPal and wire transfers.
